Hamburg. On the desk of Christof Nathow lie a pile of "thank you" mail. The "thank you" mail, however, does not come from obscure individuals who may already be involved with Feng Shui but, rather, from managers who are currently facing hard competition in today's difficult market. Among Mr. Nathow's customers is the Sofitel Berlin which carried out a Feng Shui "clearing" throughout their operations.
"In the Atrium Cafe - less complaints, the guests stay longer," writes the satisfied Hotel Manager, Ms. Heike Naumann, following the consultation by Mr. Nathow. Furthermore, "All the guests from a large event were enthusiastic about the positive atmosphere in the meeting room and hotel. The employees are more cooperative and are now pulling on the same rope." Mr. Nathow knows that many managers initially react with scepticism when he first offers his services. For this reason he happily refers to the many successes as proven by the abundant "thank you" mail. Sofitel's Manager Ms. Naumann is not an isolated case as demonstrated by her Hamburg colleague, Mr. Jürgen von Massow, "We were able to raise the guest satisfaction, the length of stay and, naturally, the sales." Mr. Michael Schlüter of the Le Meridien in Munich agrees, "It was certainly a good decision to handle the hotel along the lines of Feng Shui principles." The General Manager of Hamburg's Le Royal Meridien, Mr. Andreas Kirsch, was convinced by him as well.
Mr. Nathow carried out a Feng Shui "clearing" in all three hotels. Result of the process: improved sales. "´Within the first few days most report positive developments, an overall improved sense of well-being and a significant increase in the capacity of restaurants that earlier were not as successful," explains Mr. Nathow regarding his successes. His method is purely carried out at the mental-level. Hotel managers that were in Asia are very open as they have already collected their experiences there. No physical changes are undertaken to the actual structure of the building. Since the companies are well-recognized hotels, it is not necessary for them to change their look or corporate identity. This saves them expenses in terms of time and investment ... and allows them to more quickly respond to the market. The only costs that arise are for the actual consultation. The successes are then already apparent within a short time! Christof Nathow from Salzgitter has already used this method to cleanse the offices of large DAX corporations, judicial buildings and several well-known hotels. With the current economic crisis making the competition for customers increasingly difficult, his services more than ever in demand. A Feng Shui "clearing" can be the critical building block for successfully negotiating the current economic challenges. This is a position that Mr. Nathow is convinced of ... as well as the many customers that have already taken advantage of his services.
